You can now add a thumbnail to a video while you upload it in Minute Platform.
What's new
The video upload flow now includes a thumbnail step. Choose the image you want to represent the video, and it will be saved along with the upload. You no longer have to go back and set it afterward.
What remains the same
This isn't a mandatory field. If you don't upload your own thumbnail, the system will create one automatically, just as it did before this update.
Why it matters
- Your videos go live with the right image from the start
- Fewer steps when publishing new content
- Especially useful for the vertical player carousel, but it's relevant for both vertical and horizontal videos
How to use it
Start a new video upload as usual. You'll see the option to add a thumbnail during the upload.
Note: This flow is relevant only for the "Upload File" process and not for "Insert URLs"
